2. Accuracy of Custom Orders

For all personalized items:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all spelling, dates, and design choices submitted at the time of order.

• We will produce the item exactly as requested. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

• Prices include all applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be itemized at checkout.

• Payment is required in full before any custom work begins or any stocked item is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Handmade Variance: You acknowledge that because items are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and paper placement (especially in quilling) are natural and not considered defects.

6. Intellectual Property

• All designs, photos, and content on this site are the property of Crafty604.

• Purchasing an item does not grant you the right to reproduce or resell the design for commercial purposes.
