All Sales Are Final

At Crafty604, we pride ourselves on keeping our collections fresh with new trends and small-batch creative drops. Because our items are either custom-made to your specifications or produced in highly limited quantities, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind.

Our Quality Commitment (The "Studio Proof")

To ensure your treasures arrive exactly as expected, every order undergoes a final quality inspection before it is sealed.

  • Standard Orders: We take a high-resolution photo of every item to confirm it is damage-free.

  • Premium & High-Value Items: For our delicate shadow boxes and intricate quilling, we record a 360° "Pack-out Video" to verify the frame, glass, and art are in pristine condition.

  • Your Access: A QR code or link to your specific "Studio Proof" will be included in your shipping confirmation email. This serves as our official record that your items were perfect upon departure.

Order Review & Cancellations

  • Custom Orders: Please double-check all spelling, colours, and design choices. Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: To maintain our fast shipping times, orders for stocked items are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled.

Damages & Defects

We take great care in our packaging, but we know shipping can be unpredictable. While we are not responsible for damage caused by the carrier, we want you to love your art. If your item arrives with a defect:

  1. Contact us at crafty604@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the external packaging.

  3. Verification: We will compare your photos against our Studio Proof records. At our discretion, we may offer a repair or replacement for verified defects.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Personalized or custom-made goods.

  • Items unsealed after delivery (e.g., earrings or baby sets).

  • Sale or "Clearance" items.
